She embraces your mistakes instead of making you feel stupid for them and helps you correct them as well as understand them. She makes her lessons very fun and engaging, and if you don't know something she will help and explain until you feel confident and understand it well. After working with her for the past five months, I can say that my abilities in Spanish have skyrocketed. She helps me work through my nerves in speaking to other native speakers in my every day life and gives me good advice on how to navigate it. She’s very patient when I don’t know a vocab word or if I make a mistake on grammar, and she even goes back to old lessons sometimes to refresh my mind which is something I really appreciate.
